Ainur Kakimova, MA
Ainur Kakimova, MA, is a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute for Research in Social Communication, SAS. She is currently a PhD candidate in Linguistics at the University of Warsaw and in Literary Studies at the University of Verona. Her current research interests include cognitive skills development, digital tools in science literacy, innovative instructional methods, and scientific literacy in early education. She is part of a project aimed at enhancing reading comprehension and problem-solving skills by integrating real-world issues, thereby fostering scientific literacy and metacognition in primary school students. Previously, she was a researcher on the ELIT (Empirical study of Literature Innovative Training network) project, funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant agreement No. 860516. She has won several grant competitions through the "Excellence Initiative – Research University" (IDUB) and received an award from the Permanent International Committee of Linguists (CIPL).
